Fitness Home Equipment
Ergatta: It's important to stay fit, even if you're stuck at home. But it doesn't have to be a solo endeavor. A new home rower machine called the Ergatta turns a full-body rowing workout into a competitive game, putting you in a race against other owners. The machine can challenge people through race competitions and personal goals, not perky instructors on a screen. The system will assess your performance, give you custom targets to reach and sort you in races with users who are similar to your level. The design can match your home decor, with wood frames in a variety of styles. It easily stores upright to save space, just wheel it out when you're ready to work out. The Regatta machine itself is $2,000
Black Mountain Products Stackable Resistance Band Set: Are you looking for a full-body workout with minimal gym equipment? The starter guide that comes with this handled set of resistance bands makes it friendly for beginners, while the wide range of resistance offered within the set makes it a great choice for more experienced users. The training set comes with a door anchor and travel case, for those who want to take their workout on the road.

With this in mind, their great staff will continue to work in solidarity to provide helpful workouts/ wellness tips through this trying time. Dogpound plan to reopen on April 29th, but their amazing trainers will alternate each day providing content on their official Instagram page--so make sure to check in!
